Gets a dictionary of report options, where the key is the report target.

Remarks

Some targets offer more than one option for the same report type, because the options are what a user chooses between, not the reasons the API accepts. For example a list, starter pack or feed generator can be reported both for breaking the rules and for having a name or description which violates community standards, and both of those submit a report of type idunno.Bluesky.Moderation.ReportType.Violation.
